I think my body may be in starvation mode.

I have been eating about 800-100 calories per day. I have been using an elliptical trainer and buring between 350 & 550 calories 5 days a week. Am I eating enough or too much? I have been losing weight SLOWLY. I am 8 weeks out and have only lost 30 pounds.
