I would like to know , how it is that a person can get denied for what they eat,

I have just received my packet in the mail. I stopped in to my mail first and noticed the question by Shirley about filling out her diet review and it scared me that she was turned down because of her diet what is she talking about. Someone please help us! Thank-you Stella
