Can you have babies after lower body lift?

I'm having LBL Monday and would like to have kids in a couple of years. I was watching Dr. 90210 and Dr. Rey said not to have kids after this because it would be hard to have one. I dont care if I get extra skin later because I know it wouldn't be as much as I have now so that doesn't bother me. Is there anyone would had babies after tummy tuck and how long after one? I want kids but not in the next year or two.
