HELP!! I need help in locating a plastic surgeon in Houston,TX

I have been denied for resconstructive surgery. I have United Healthcare PPO, my plastic surgeon didn't even try to do an appeal for me... I am desperate at this point I have extra skin sagging everywhere my clothes aren't fitting correctly. I am tired of wearing 2 girdles to hold up the sagging skin. Help me please!!
