I live and work in NJ, but my ins is BCBC of PA, PPO. Anybody have this experience?

What about when you live and work in NJ but, your ins. company is in Pennsylvania and the name is BCBS of PA, PPO. Previously, doctors offices have been leary because they are in PA and they say they don't get paid. Has anybody experienced this?
