Anyone about 5 yrs+ in need of a revision?

OK, my problem...I have had staple line ulcers, with granulomas on it, this was approx. 10/03 along with gastric ulcers in my pouch. I have been steadily gaining weight since about May 03 as well. I have gone from a size 8/10 @ 140 to 185 and 13/14. I can eat A LOT MORE than say a few months ago. My ulcer symptoms are coming back, I have pain in my pouch, despite the Protonix I am on. Should I try to talk to my surgeon about a revision? Try to fix the distended pouch and fix the ulcers? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks <3
