Why am I always hungry

Please help I am always hungry I thought it would get better after liquids but it hasn't I try not to drink as long as I can but I am hungry every 2-3 hrs the only difference now is that I fill up quicker but then I just want to eat again I need advice 9 wks rny -50lbs Thanks Kelly
