Can you get a hernia from TT surgery?

I am almost 2 weeks post TT (full abdominoplasty). Just last night, I noticed a hard grape-sized knot near my navel. Could that possibly be a hernia from the TT surgery??? I never had a hernia after my open RNY. If it's a hernia, will they have to open me up again?? I go to see the surgeon on Thursday, but wanted to ask if anyone has ever had this....I've only heard about hernias after WLS not PS. Thanks!
