Surgeon in or close to Rutland, VT

My daugher, who is going to grad school in Vermont, is considering surgery. I live in Illinois and had surgery in March of this year. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon close to Rutland, VT, as it won't be easy for her to travel very far. Thanks in advance for your help.
