Eggnog?? Chocolate Milk??

I am currently 16 days post op. I am finding that my taste buds are really changing. I used to love milk, but now have to force my self to drink it because it just has no flavor to me. I am wondering can we drink Fat Free chocolate milk? Also, any opinions on having a little "light" egg nog this holiday season? No alcohol just the egg nog.
