Am I eating the right amount?

I am 4 1/2 months out and have lost 75 pounds. I am very pleased about my loss but, I feel like I am a slow loser. I was wondering if I am eating too much or if my eating is alright. This is what I eat on a typical day. My doctor and nutritionist say I should have 6 meals a day. 6:30am - 1 Isopure zero carb/40 gr protein drink. 8:00am 1 cup coffe with 1tbs fat free half and half. 10:00 am 1 egg or 1 lean deli ham and cheese roll up. 12:30pm 3 oz fish or chicken breast with 1/2 cup salad OR 2 oz tuna and 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese. 3:00pm 2 slices lean deli ham or 2 cups fatfree popcorn. 6:00pm 3 oz meat and 1/2 cup salad or green veggies. 8:00pm lean deli meat and fatfree cheese roll up OR maybe 1/2 cup sugar free ice cream occasionaly. Does this sound ok or is it too much? I had really hoped to lose 100 lbs by January 1st, my 6 month anniversary. I want to do whatever I can to make it happen. Oh I also drink at least 64 oz of water a day and go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week. Thanks for your help.
