Does the extra skin on your back shrink?

I have big "fat pockets" on my back that come around the sides under my arms where my bra is "supposed" to go (Gosh, I hate it!!) Will this shrink. If not is it included in one of the plastic surgery procedures that remove extra skin, or is it a separate procedure? Thanks.
