love handel question for the guys

To make this short and sweet. I was 270 pre op now 4 months post op I am at 187 I am very happy with this 85 lb loss. but like through out my whole life I still have these nasty rolls that hang over my jeans. Have any of you guys had surgery to remove these and did ins. pay for it? I do not think at 5' 11" I should lose much more weight to try to get rid of them. Any help or ideas would really be helpful.
