What could be causing this?

I had my gallbladder removed 2 days ago and although I also had a gastric bypass 5 months ago, I don't remember having the pains I am having with this surgery. Maybe because its only been a few days since the GB surgery but I am having sharp pains in the shoulders and the left side. Could this be trapped gas? I am not running a fever so I doubt its an infection. Anyone have anything similar? Thanks,
