POST-op pain from hernia repair

April 1 I had an Abdominoplasty; hernia repair an some adhession 'removed'. Ever since surgery, I have 'pain'... Its less than it was in April, but it still flares up. In fact, I had MORE post op pain with ther hernia repair than the original RNY. From research, I know some people experience post hernia repair pain; My question is how much is tooooooooooo much? Is there something (shots/meds)? that I can do to 'help' this..
