Does anyone have any info re: plastic surgery outside of the U.S. ?

It looks like I'll have to pay for my plastic surgery myself, and I'm looking into having it done outside of the U.S., so I can afford it. Has anyone ever had this done or know where I can find additional information? I'm interested in TT, breast lift/augmentation, and possibly some thigh work. Thanks in advance for your help!
