Symptoms of blood clots?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the symptoms of blood clots. I know I walk and have my feet an legs bandages to prevent blood clots, but, I wondered wha t he symptoms were. I have had numb/tingling sensation on and just above my left knee since my first day in the hospital. I was just wondering if I should be concerned.
