I'm going to see the PS tomorrow......Need advice!

I am going to try to see if I can get BCBS/PPO to pay for my TT and Thigh/Butt Lift, I do not have the medical problems b/c of the excess skin other than my skin under my stomach keeps splitting open and getting rashes(just like when I was heavy) and my bellybutton has gotten infected a couple times. What do I ask and say to they PS to help me get approved? I'm very nervous on getting turned down, it took alot for me to do this. Thanks for the advice:o)
