Have you tried the new Balance Bars?
They have new balance bars out that have 15grams of protein and about 23 grams of carbs. But they are awesome. Maybe the carb content is too high for some of you, but honestly it is more satisfying and has less carbs than if I ate a candy bar or chips/crackers. In fact I am hard-pressed to eat a whole bar in one sitting. At least I get some protein in with it. Anyhow, they come in several flavors. I think they have about 11 grams of sugar.
