Another Gall Bladder surgery question?
Okay - first I want you all to feel really sorry for me! Because tomorrow (Mar. 25) was to have been my WLS date. But because my GB is full of stones I am having THAT surgery first and the other is postponed for TWO FULL MONTHS. Now, I've never had surgery before - and here it is the day before and I have kind of a tickly throat and an occassional cough. I've had this for several days. It is NOT getting worse, but doesn't appear to be better either. Tonight I am going to get a call from surgery scheduling. Should I mention this, or shouldn't I? To me, as an up and walking around human being - I don't feel sick and it is just an annoyance. Do any of you have medical experience where you would know if this is something I should be concerned with? Or should I try to go ahead with the surgery. SOoner I get this one done - the sooner I can do the other one. Oh ... and to add insult to injurIES -- my monthly friend started yesterday. I don't mean to sound flighty - I'm just needing your best advice. (BTW - the other Gallbladder conversation answers a LOT of my questions on why he wouldn't do the GB at the same time as the WLS - so thanks!)
