16 Days Post Op, stomach gurgling and heart palpatations after protein drinks with milk

Whenever I drink my protein drink, (I mix them with milk), my stomach girgles and girgles, and gets really noisy. That part I guess I can understand, but it seems like my heart starts beating faster and palpatating. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for your time. JoAnn
