I need help with headaches and dizzy spells

I'm 9 months post-op and recently started having terrible headaches. The problem started one evening with sharp pan in left eye, then my head began pounding. Gone to eye doctor, received new glasses, was checked ovr twice, didn't find the problem. I saw my PCP he thought it was inner ear trouble, took all the meds for that but still having bad headaches and dizzy spells daily. Any help would be apreciated. I'm goin back to PCP tomorrow but I knew someone here could steer me in a direction, could this be surgery related. Thanks. [email protected]
