I would like to change to a different medical group & a new PCP?

I live in Windsor, CA. I have Pacificare and would like to change medical groups and PCP. I understand Sutter Medical group is not supportive of WLS surgery. I would really like to have the DS with Drs. Rabkin in San Francisco. Does anyone else have Pacificare and a supportive medical group and PCP in my area?
