Looking for a good recipe for SF sweet potato pie....

I love sweet potato pie and my mom says she will make one that I can eat as long as I find her a recipe. I prefer one that she can use Splenda with, unless you know of something better. I have several good cookbooks, but not one has a recipe for sweet potato pie. Thanks for the responses!....Karen (lap rny- 9/20/02- down 65lbs.)
