Hi, I am 17 mos. post op and have developed abdominal pain.

Well we went on vacation and it started there. I went to the hospital a couple of days ago, because it has gotten so bad. I have incredible gas, and lots of pain. I do have smal Bowell Movements. Can this be a bowel obstruction?
