Did vitamins make anyone as HUNGRY as I am???? Almost uncontrollable!!!

Hi All: I have switched my vitamins as my old ones made me a little nauseous...I am taking 1 One A Day and 1 GNC Hair Skin and Nails and about 1 week after taking them, my appetite is out of control....I never feel full....I am starving...Any suggestions??? Has this happened to anyone else...I started the Hair Skin and Nails because I am 1 year post op and my hair is starting to do that hair falling out thing again...I did it for a couple of months early post then it stopped and now it is starting again....HELP....I don't want to be fat again, BUT I don't want to be bald also.... :)
