Anyone else NOT sleeping post-op or ever experienced this? HELP!!

I am 9 wks post-op after a LAP Rny and then an Open RNY to repair a leak. I have NOT been sleeping for the past 2 weeks. I only seem to get about 2-3 hours a night. I lay awake for about 3 hours before I am able to fall asleep. I have been off pain meds for quite sometime now. I am about to return to work in about 10 days and worried I will be a zombie. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!! I am getting desperate! Thanks!
