CPT codes for everything??

I need codes to turn in for a pre cert. I know what it the code for the actual RNY is but what about all the other things that I will be billed for (hospital, anesthesia, diagnostic etc....) The Dr. can only give me the RNY code and I am having no luck getting the other codes from the hospital etc. Thanks!
