I am sick of water. Will sugar free Kool-aid work?

I can't stand the thought of tea,coffee or water. Just the thought almost makes me sick. It seems regular kool-aid w/ splenda hurts my pouch so will suger free kool-aid count as my water? also it is very hard to drink more than 40 oz. a day. any help would be great.
