Can one day of eating too much stretch your pouch or does it take several times?

I am very strict with myself on my food intake. I had lap RNY on march21,2002 so I am only a little over three months and down 93 pounds. BUT today I hogged out and I dont know why. I was so hungry all day! Did I do damage to my pouch? I havent ever eaten this much before. Breakfast-2oz of ground beef and half slice cheese melted on top. snack 2 ounce watermelon lunch 1 ounce cheese and 13 tortilla chips and salsa snack 2 ounces beef jerky dinner 2 ounces ground beef and half slice cheese and water all damn day...so sick of water. So, am I completely doomed? Help@ i am so stressed over this.
