I am 10 weeks post-op and loving sweet tea. Is that ok?

I am 10 weeks post op and all I want to drink is my sweet tea. Of course I make it with Splenda but my doctor only recomends drinking 2 glasses per day but that is all I want. I just wanted some other opinions. Thank you!
