Why can i eat so much more?

I am really scared. Some times I cannot eat anything and other times I am able to eat ALOT of food. I dont understand this. I am scared I am going to gain my weight back. Why does this fluctuate so much. I had my surgery last July and I am down to 117 lbs. Some times I am just a vulture and eat everything I can. What is going on?
