Any other post ops with acne problems?

I have a problem. I have NEVER had problems with acne other than an occasional pimple during that time of the month. NOW~~~I have black heads (numerous) on my cheeks. Nowhere else on my face, only my cheeks. It is HORRIBLE. PLEASE HELP. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE WONDERFUL. I only found one other ? posted about this, and there wasn't much help on what to do to get rid of it!!!! Thanks in advance!!
