Is this definately NOT an exclusion in my policy?

OK, please forgive me for all the insurance questions I have been asking lately, but I'm at that point right now!!! I just got out my policy to look over with Aetna. Under "services not covered" it says "Surgical operations, procedures, or treatment for obesity, EXCEPT when specifically approved by the HMO." Does that mean as long as it's approved I'm ok?
