How long does solid food stay in the pouch before moving into the intestional tract?

I am sure I have heard this or been told this before but I have forgotten probably.I am 3 months post op and still learning. I realize liquids move through pretty quickly but was wondering about different consistancies of food. Say chicken ? or Cottage cheese? It seems to me that the chicken would take longer to filter through than cottage cheese but maybe this has nothing to do with it. ???
