36lbs in 2 months... What can I do to speed it up?
I know I should be happy that I have lost 36lbs in 8 weeks, but I wanted to have lost more...I have a total of 130lbs to lose from my starting weight. I have been exercising every week, I try to eat as healthy as possible, and I drink lots of water...is there anything else I can do? I am afraid that I will stop losing weight.
