Iced White Mocha
Ok, so this is NOT the best thing to be indulging in, but to tell the truth, I am and have.... so there is no need to shake a finger at me, just skip my post. What I am trying to do is to figure out a way to make it WLS-acceptable. Perhaps one of you has been expirimenting with your own coffee drinks and have come up with one that is not so high in sugar or carbs. Please share it with us, or if one of you know the nutritional value of it "as is" from a coffee vendor (like Starbucks) please share (amounts, carbs, sugars etc.).... I am sure they are using white chocolate syrup or powder. I have searched around the web and cannot find anything!
