Anyone have breast implants after surgery?

Unfortunately this sounds kind of vain (sorry). I am worried about losing all of my chest when I lose all the weight after surgery (there's not too much of it to begin with!.....40C). Has anyone had breast implants after surgery? They might be a present from my hubby!! Congratulations to everyone on their new lives! Thanks for your support.
