Something more than stomach flu??

Two days ago I went to work feeling good, 3 hours later I was home after having a major case of diarrhea and stomach pain. I have not had any more diarrhea but have had nausea and back pain ever since. That same day I did end up having major sweats and back pain (which they say is not dumping) Occassionally I get "episodes" where I am rolling on the floor in pain, this happened that day also, but I have never been left with the nausea before. Of course my mind is thinking I have a staple line disruption or something jsut as bad. I have been hungrier than normal, maybe it's all in my head.... The main probelm is, of course I should ask the Dr. these questions, but I have zero money for copayment etc. I'm also having pain in the lower belly area, which would be more the pelvic/ovaries area... SOrry for the rambling, any thoughts on this???
