I need a wls friendly pcp in utah,

I am tricare prime and my pcp doesn't believe in wls, or diet pills. This coming from an 140 pound women. I need a referell or my ins won't cover it. I meet all the insurance criteria, i just need a pcp. Can anyone help? thanks.
