Anyone become lactose intolerant after one year, also to bread?

I am now 1 year 7 months postop and have developed a problem with dairy and breads. Both cause terrible somach pains and gas. I noticed that meats do this also! Most of what I tolerate is carbs(minus processed sugars). I find this both wierd and aggravating! I used to get most of my protein from these categories(though bread I started to tolerate at one year but now don't tolerate this well anymore). I am not sure where to from here. I have been on a plateau since the one year mark and I know that I am now out of the "window" but still want to tray and lose 30 more pounds. Anyone with ideas and/or suggestions? Thanks
