Info on extra costs if you are from out of country?

I'm from canada, but have been accepted for surgery, by dr. ross fox in tacoma washington. I know my medical will cover most of the surgery cost,but one man told me he had extra/personal fees. If anyone has any info at all that you can share with me,i would be eternally grateful. I don't want to be caught by surprise,and have someone from his office say oh bye the way.........you owe$$$$$$$$ for this and this and this. also if anyone has had dr. fox, and would like to share info with me you can e mail me at [email protected]
