Does anyone know of a fat friendly PCP in Tucson Arizona who is agreeable to WLS?

I have recently switched insurance carrier to Pacificare. I need the name of a PCP who is agreeable with WLS and who is a Picificare provider. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
