Any info regarding Dr. Meyerowitz in San Francisco?

Have heard a lot of thing about Dr. Meyerowitz who does operation for Northern Kaiser facilities such as mine in San Jose California. I have heard he is a very good Surgeon, but I have also heard he has an abrupt or standoffish manner, not necesarily unfriendly just very business like. I have also read thing like he does not have much of a dietary plan in place for pre op or post op. Other Seminars I have been to emphasize the certain things you should stay away from and they encourag Protien drinks and good amounts of Protein intake. Have heard that Dr. Meyerowitz does neither and suggest you eat whatever you are able to. Has anyone gone thru the process for surgery with Dr. Meyerowitz,and if so, do you have any information you can provide. Also, soes he do Lap Roux-En-y or open? Thanks TL
