Has any one had a breast reduction after the surgery?

I am 2 1/2 years post op and have lost the weight I am going to. The problem I have is I am still quite busty and wondered if any one has had a breast reduction after the surgery. And was it sucessfull. or is it not recommended. I still get back aches, and I am sagging since the surgery.
