Has anyone applied to Unicare in 2004/2005?

I am looking for recent experiences that people have had with Unicare? (Group Policies) Specifically, the response time as well as did they require you to have the psych. evaluation before pretermination or as long as your surgeon required it? I know they udpated their medical policy this year. Thank you!
