Is there some way to have a file on here so we can saved people profile ?

First I need this site, i really do it has been so helpful. I was wondering if there is way that we can saved people profile. I would like to keep up with people progress, but I forget peoples names so easy. I think it would be good to have a way to save them to go back to them. Thank you so much. cindy simpkins
