Severe itching after lipo.......

Ok so my skin is so very dry from my ps and lipo (the bruised areas are so tender as well) So I bought Gold Bond Ultimate lotion, hypoallergenic for severe dry skin. Well it got rid of the flaky peely skin but it makes me itch like a mad woman! Hypoallergenic my butt ( only itch where the lotion was) Well I read thru the ingrediants and lo and behold there is dimethicone in it, about 1 year ago I figured out I was allergic to it when my lips started bleeding and swelling with chapstick and thru trial and error that was the ingrediant that all the things I tried that ended up bothering me contained. Once I found a product without it my lips healed almost over night. I checked and most of my lotions have this in them! Any ideas what I can use to soothe my skin? Too large of an area (entire back, butt, hips and abdomen) to use hydrocortisone safely. I see myself standing in Walmart tonight reading every lotion bottle. Have to get more Benadryl to ease the reaction too. I wonder if maybe the itch is a reaction to the healing from lipo or really from the lotion? (PS was 2 weeks ago and still really swollen) Wendy
