Surgery with Dr. McBride

Just curious if anyone in the Nebraska area has had surgery with Dr. Corrigan McBride and what your experience was/type of surgery. Also, anyone know why the Find a Doc page is not working for Nebraska? I sent an email in about it- but have not heard anything back. Thanks! Cindy
