Can loose skin in pubic area cause multiple UTI??

I have had several UTIs in the past few months. Doc gives me antibiotics and they clear up for a while but return. I am doing everything right, drinking, and personal hygine. I honestly feel my pannus and loose mons skin is contributing, either not allowing the bladder to empty or decreasing air flow. I am waiting to hear from my ins about panni. I hope that is my answer!
